Island Paradise

This image is a Polaroid Emulsion Transfer (sometimes called an Emulsion Lift) that has been placed on watercolor paper and shaped. Emulsion transfers use the same Polaroid film as image transfers, and can be put onto almost any surface, including 3-D surfaces. The emulsion can be stretched, wrinkled, torn and shaped, collaged, and layered with other images.
