Overview
The Palm Beach Photographic Centre is a non-profit visual arts organization dedicated to the enrichment of life through exhibitions, community programs, workshops, and other educational activities that promote the arts of photography and digital imaging.
The Centre’s primary objective is to present the highest artistic caliber of photography and digital imaging training, exhibitions, lecture/seminars, travel workshops, festivals, and hands-on learning activities. It does this by obtaining the services of today’s outstanding master artist to mentor students. These master artists provide meaningful, artistic and technical training to participants of all ages. PBPC stresses the creative, visionary process, encouraging an open forum for ideas.
With the growing popularity of digital cameras and digital photography, the Palm Beach Photographic Centre has established itself as a leader in training for those new technologies, for both amateur and professional photographers.
As a leader in training photographers, Palm Beach Photographic Centre attracts diverse groups of people on a local, national and international level. Part of this leadership role typifies the creation of FOTOfusion 13 years ago. This international festival of photography and digital imaging provides a forum for the exchange of artistic concepts and industry trends, a platform for new technologies and software, and the vantage point from which amateurs and professionals can assimilate it all.
Fototravel Workshops are a great experience offering exceptional photo-ops, first-rate instructors, four-star accommodations, delicious food and best of all, interesting companions! The package price includes tuition, hotel accommodations for the entire workshop period, breakfast and dinner for the entire daily, guide service, ground transportation and admission fees for specific area attractions. These travel workshops have hosted those interested in photographing indigenous cultures, beautiful landscapes and just exciting places, to Peru, India, New Guinea, Turkey, Guatemala, Bhutan, Myanmar (Burma), and Cambodia over the past eight years. In the coming year, Palm Beach’s ninth, they look forward to adding South Africa, Indonesia, Tibet and Central/The Silk Road to the list of journeys their world famous staff will host.
The Palm Beach Photographic Centre started in Palm Beach County, in 1987, with only a dream. Its founders wanted this dream to become the reality of being able to instruct in the art of and develop a love of photography in all those who came through its doors and traveled with the Centre. As the years have gone by, more and more men, women, and children have moved through its programs, embracing the philosophy of its founders. It is always a pleasure to welcome to their Fototravel workshops anyone who has the desire to photograph the world, no matter what their skill level is. Instructors will aid all participants to improve their skill levels as they experience the warm and friendly, small groups, well planned and safe trips offered by the Palm Beach Photographic Centre.

Reservation Policy
Palm Beach Photographic Centre accepts workshop applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. Full payment of all fees must be received no later than 120 days for travel workshops in order to guarantee your space.
Cancellation Policy
All fees for the Travel Workshops MUST be paid in full 120 days in advance of departure. If circumstances require you to cancel your FOTOtravel workshop, please notify the Centre at least 120 days before the scheduled start date in writing.
In the event of cancellation: - 120 days or more in advance - All but $200 USD will be refunded.
- 60-119 days in advance - 50% of total fee paid is forfeit.
- 60 days or less in advance - The entire package price is forfeit, unless a replacement attendee signs up. In the event that a replacement attendee fills your vacant spot, all payments, less any fees already spent for transportation and a withdrawal fee of $300 USD will be refunded.
- No refund of fees will be provided for no-shows or for withdrawal after the workshop begins.
